We offer a refund if you’re not fully satisfied with your first order, no returns required and no questions asked. This refund is only for first-time purchases made through HappySkin Malaysia’s official website. Just send us a request within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

How to request for a refund?

Email us at myhappyskin@bioconnexion.com.my with your order details (order ID or proof of purchase) and a brief description of your request. Our team will attend to your request as soon as possible.

Once your refund request has been received, kindly allow up to 10 days for the refund to be processed.

Please ensure that all required details are submitted in order to facilitate a smooth refund process. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our terms and conditions.

 

REFUND POLICY

At HappySkin Malaysia, we strive to offer a pleasant experience to all our customers. If you receive a damaged/defective item or wrong product, you may submit a refund request to myhappyskin@bioconnexion.com.my. Please include a clear photo of the product, order ID or proof of purchase and reason for return.

Our team will review the request and provide instructions for the return process. Product(s) must be returned in original condition, unopened and unused. The shipping cost will be covered by us.

If you change your mind or wish to exchange an unused product, you may also submit a refund request by following the steps above and return the product(s) at your own expense.

Important Notice

Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of receiving the product(s). Requests made after seven (7) days will be declined. Please inspect your product(s) upon receiving it and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

For refund requests that have been approved, kindly allow up to 10 days for the refund to be processed.
